Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that breaks the law, damages the site, or interferes with other users. The content on this site is provided for general information about our lessons and may change without notice. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.

Bookings and purchase terms

When you book a trial lesson or ongoing lessons you are making a request that we confirm with you. A booking is confirmed once we have matched you with a tutor and agreed a time. Lesson fees are advised to you before lessons begin. Payment is due as set out at the time of booking, and ongoing lessons are typically paid by direct debit or card. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment details.

Product and service information

We provide private, one-on-one piano lessons delivered in your home or online, for students of all ages and levels. Tutors are screened and hold a current Working With Children Check. Lesson descriptions, inclusions and any bonus items (such as a beginner workbook) are described in good faith. Individual progress depends on the student's practice, commitment and starting level, and we do not promise any particular musical result.

Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms, including the money-back guarantee on your first lesson, are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and layout, is owned by or licensed to Piano Lessons Australia and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Liability limitations

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

Governing law
