When should my child begin piano lessons?

If you are the lucky parent of a young child and are wondering when is the right time to get your kiddies to start making music, then the actual answer is any age! If your child can count to 5, knows their ABCs and can sit still for around 15 minutes, then you can absolutely enrol your child for music lessons. Children don’t have to learn a lot of theory in their first years of their musical education, but the fundamentals of music including rhythm, pitch and piano technique can be learned and is very fun to get involved in.
